Christian Fallacy

I believe that the Christian belief system is a fallacy in the fact that it has stolen rituals from pagan and other types of beliefs, and subverted them into their own system. They have grown into the mainstream Western religion, and have practiced some of the most barbaric forms of torture on ordinary people who were considered eccentric and outcasts. They also sponsor the right wing conservative republicans of America, who undertook an illegal war in Afghanistan and Iraq to further their own ends.

I believe the only true form of belief system to be paganism which follows peace and harmony.

Yes thats true! Did you know that Christmas was supposed to be in summer not winter?
They moved it there to compet with yule.

Also, hell never existed before in the Christian religion, they made it up to convince people that the green man was Satan.

I'm not bashing any Christians  by the way, I'm just stating the facts. Sorry if it offends anyone.

This is all so true.  I remember years ago a Jehovah's Witness showed up at my door with all their literature.  I began pointing out how it was all based on Paganism, and Celtic tradition.  She didn't know what to say, but excused herself saying that she would be back on tuesday afternoon.  She never did come back!

Hmm, they must back off a bit more easily nowadays. Back in the old days, they might have spent a few hours trying to convince you that their ideas were right and yours, wrong.
